Hi, I'm already almost 4 years in the construction company but still a project based. I work in the company with continuous contract.
Do I'm not entitled with those vacation and sick leave?

What project are you working on?

You might not be entitled to any leave.

i'm working on a construction company, maynilad contractor company.. The HR told me that i'm not entitled of the 5 days leave and 5 days sick leave because i'm not yet regular.. is this one of the benefits of a regular employee that a project based can not have?

water and sewer line project, i'm signing contract when project starts and when it ends up, the company keeps on renewing the contract, and sometimes i work with them with expired contract.. i'm also deducted with sss, pag -ibig, philhealth and tax,..
