Hi to All Attornies,

Ask ko lang po if tama po ba yung nabasa ko na entitled ang isang empleyado to have 13 month pay kahit project-based lang po ito?

Kasi po, naging project-based employee po ako sa isang company for more than 3 years. My salaray is fixed at wala akong 13 month or any bonuses na natatanggap.

If ever po na entitled pala ako to have the said benefits. Pwede pa po kaya ako maghabol? Ano po yung pwede kong maging pangunahing hakbang?
