Hi,

I started working on a company last January 2014, but I eventually resigned last August 2014. Am I entitled for a 13th month pay even I only rendered 8 months of work?

The 13th month pay is given you provided you worked for at least one month during the calendar year. You should get all amounts due you after you process your clearance.
