Good day po. Ask lang po ako ng advise. Kasi sa companya namin pina force overtime kame 4 hours everyday kasi daw maraming backlog, tska ung day off namin na sat-sun pinapawork din kame. Wala na kameng day off in a week. Tapos pag d nag comply e Notice to explain then sinususpende pa ung empleyado. Nasa operations kme, bale data entry ng isang companya.
