Return to Work Notification

Hi Atty,

I've been awol for about 2 months now from the company that i've been working for and they have sent me letter stating that i should pay them 60k for the damages stipulated in my contract. At first they have sent me 'Return to Work Notification' pero hindi ko po ito pinapansin then sumunod na po yan. Ano po ba ang dapat na gawin ko regarding this matter atty?.. thanks in advanced..

This is a part of the letter :
"Upon determination of the amount of loss that my client suffered due to your criminal act and blatant disregard of company rules, we DEMAND full payment of the amount of loss suffered by my client in the amount of Php 60,000.00. We further DEMAND payment of the amount of damages stipulated in your contract, which is equivalent to your three month's salary.

If you fail to pay the afore-mentioned amount, we will be contrained to file the necessary criminal and/or civil case against you."

Nasa kontrata mo yan at pinirmahan mo so maari nilang singilin sa iyo, lalo na hindi ka nag-resign ng maayos.

Maaring humingi ng danyos ang kumpanya sa hindi pagsunod sa tamang paraan ng pag-resign.
