just want to ask, what if a teacher bears a child eventhough she's not married yet or should I say ayaw panagutan ng tatay.is there a possibility na marevoke yung license nya or madismiss sa trabaho?nasa public sya. I have a friend caught in such situation.and she's worried.. thanks.

Kung may magpa-file ng complaint or the school admins will sanction her, yes possible.

Totoo sinabi ni sir.. Ako po ay guro din sa public school marami po ang ka guro nabuntis na walang ama.. Wala naman narevoke.. Dahil wala naman problema sa principal yun.. Hindi ka lang maari mag file ng maternity. Kung ito ay malalaman ng prc maari marevoke po dahil sa imorality

Kung ayaw panagutan, malamang hindi handang magbigay suporta si lalaki din.

Sa kalaunan ng hindi pag suporta para sa bata (on which most father fails to do so on illegit children), ito ay maaring magbukang daan para ina ay mag file ng RA9262 criminal case. Although, ang grave emotional at psych abuse na sinasapit ng isang babae ay maaring nang dahilan para mag file ng RA9262 case.
