good day po, ask ko lang po sana kung pwede po aq magreklamo kasi po nakunan po aq and naka LOA po aq for 2months. nagsubmit po aq ng mga documents sa ofis para mafildm as maternily. ang nangyari po nagresign po ung compenben employee kung san ko sinubmit ang form, nawawala po mga documents ko pano po 2 yun? hindi din po sila sumunod sa patakaran ng sss n2 dapat advance ung half ng maternity q? panu po b eto?
