name and surname problem

Hello po..gusto ko po sana mgask ng advice about my father's case medyo complicated po kasi sya. Illegitimate child po sya at hnd po nya na meet ung father nya kaya ang gnamit nyang surname ay sa nanay nya. Ang real name po nya talaga is Francisco Galema...aside po dito sa name na ito my 3 names pa po syang gnamit like Francisco Martinez,to Francisco Mallari (dhil Mallari dw po ang surname ng father nya)hnggang sa mgsettle po sya sa Roberto Mallari Jr. (eto dw po ang full name ng tatay nya)so since kinasal po sila ng mother nmin hanggang sa birth certificates nming magkakapatid un po ang gnamit nya pangalan..ngayun po wala syang legal na birth certificate because ang lumalabas po sa NSO ay ung original name po nya na Francisco Galema. Gusto po sana nmin maayus un birth certificate once and for all..bigyan nyo po sana kami ng advise kung paanu nmn maayus ito..kung pwede po sana na makapagpagawa kami ng legal birth certificate under sa name na gnamit nming lahat. Maintain niya ang Francisco Galema which is the surname ng nanay niya. Di na niya magagamit ang name ng father niya.
Kailang ifile for petition of cancellation ang ibang pangalan na gamit niya na registered sa Office of Civil Registry. This includes Roberto Mallari Jr. To do this, you have to gather all the government documents as support.

Ang ibig niyong mangyari, gamitin niya ang surname na Mallari?
Medyo mahirap dahil walang tatay ang magaacknowledge sa kanya at kailangan ito.

Bisita kayo sa Office of Civil Registry kung paaano. Mayroon ding siyang kailangang ayusin na ibang pangalan kung registered din ito sa birth certificate.

Tama ba ang interpretation ko kung anong nais niyo?
