Our HR is notorious for requiring employees to sign the redundancy package without revealing its content. Is this legal at all?

If it's a blank piece of paper then NO.

But I assume there's something written on it, so maybe you could tell us more about what the redundancy package is.

And as long as it is within the minimum required by law then there should be no problem.
