gud evening po..tanong ko lang po ano po ba gagawin pag ang wedding date ng parents sa live birth ko mali and ung middle initial din ng mama ko po mali..and ano po mga kailangan at magkano para maitama po ung mga mali?salamat po..sana po matulungan nyo ako sa tanong ko..

meron tayong tinatawag na clerical at typographical errors upon registering documents on the Civil registry...
di tulad ng dati, na dadaan pa to sa court hearings, now, punta lang kayo sa Municipal/city Registry, then pacorrect nyo..
dala nyo dapat ang needed correct documents....
