Hello ask ko lang po if regular employee ka na sa isang company then bigla kang matatanggal just because nagawol ka sa previous company mo is it legal? Or pwede siya maireklamo sa dole? Thanks

Kung nag-awol ka dati at di mo sinabi sa current employer mo, and nalaman nila, pwede kang kasuhan ng pagsisinungaling (dishonesty) batay sa Code of Conduct (or Company rules).

Pwede ka matanggal, pero dapat merong proseso.
