Hi I'm a Filipina Muslim , I was married to a Muslim husband and we had our certificate of divorce in sharia court Zamboanga city , I went to civil office in Zamboanga city and showed them my papers and asked if I'm allowed to married again but my nso marriage certificate is not nullified, they said I can but I must always attached my certificate of divorce in sharia , Are they saying right , I need your legal advice !
