Thank you. But if nagfile yung mama ko ng case against my dads' mistress, anong case yun? Pwede bang yung mistress lang makasuhan o pati dad ko?

Kung yung mama mo, pwede niyang kasuhan ng:
1. Concibunage against your dad and his mistress (if they are cohabiting) (criminal case)
2. violation of RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children) for psychological violence against your dad (criminal case)
3. Civil case for damages for interfering in the affairs of your family against the mistress (civil case)

What if pineperahan lang nung babae yung daddy ko? Kasi nalaman ko may ibang lalaki talaga yung mistress ni daddy ko. Hindi din naman sila kasal.

hndi mag prosper ang concubinage kung yung mistress lng ang kakasuhan kung hndi ako nag kakamali. some1 told me na concubinage and adultery will only prosper laban sa dalawang nag taksil at nag karon ng bawal na pag iibigan:)
