Arresto Menor

Hi Attorney,

I was buying a vehicle (Toyota Fortuner) and apparently was not meeting the requirements to be approved. My agent having a copy of my original COE exagerrated the amount from 45 - 60 thousand. The apartment we are renting, she had me declare as owned. They "manufactured" a false deed of sale to make it appear that I am the owner of the apartment we are renting. Problem is, I was too stupid to believe her that it is only for approval purpose. Now, it is actually approved. I was so confused that time I let the agent drive my decisions.

How do I make things right? If not, what are my options?
So sorry I know I am so stupid to rely on another person though she is even a distant relative of ours.

Please advise.
