My cousin sale a lot owned by our grandparents by faking the signature of our long dead grandparents.... now he is being sued by my relatives with falsification of public documents..... he said our other aunt who is also dead forge the signature and not him... what might be his verdict?

ngayun ko lang po naisip na cguro po after po ng kasong falsification saka po cguro nla babawiin yung lupa ulit sa napagbintahan pwede po ba yun? kc if 6 yrs lng yung maximum na makulong xa dba pwede po yung ma probation? pwede po ba yun saka sakali e mabawi po nla yung naibentang lupa? salamat po

My Filipina wife used what turned out to be a falsified birth certificate when she tried to get a passport with her married name. DFA took the phony birth certificate and said they may sue her for falsifying a public document, which she didn't. What can we expect to become of this?
