Arresto Menor

Hingi lang po ako ng advise nagloan po kc ako ng motor sa isang kilalang dealer for 3 years, nag downpayment po ako ng 3,500 bale po 3,200 per month kaso po wala pang ilang linggo nadisgrasya po ako halos 2 months po ako di nakapasok sa trabaho.. Ngayon po gusto ko ng isurrender yung motor kasi wala din po ako panghulog pero sabi nila may pinirmahan po akong kontrata na kung sakaling ititigil ko na paghuhulog may breach of contract penalty po na P10,000. Legal po ba na bayaran ko ung breach of contract na P10,000? Makatarungan po ba yun? Maraming Salamat po..

hi opinion lng po..ganyn dn case ng kapatid ko pro hinayaan lng nmn hngng sa wala cla ngawa at kusa clng pumunta s bahy pr kunin ang motor.. kaibgan ko 2 beses na din ngsurender pero di nya bnyaran ung cnsabi nlng gnyn n breach contract...na kung tutuucn kaw pa dpt bayaran nila.
