sa kasamaang palad po wala pong "easy way" para ma-annul ang kasal. if may magalok sa inyo nito ay either scam to or illegal.

Seriously? Why always this question. I mean I get this all the time with demanding clients who expect court cases to be a walk in the park. We marry knowing we have no divorce laws and we expect declarations of nullity to be granted at the drop of a hat.

News flash: not everyone could be bribed or bought, and you cannot expect not to spend money to have a marriage declared void. It takes time, effort and money. Not all petitions are granted either.
