Hi po seeking for help and advice.
I have 2 kids from my ex boyfriend..ung apelyedo na gamit ng mga anak koh is ung apelyedo ng father nila. Ngayon im married from other man at gusto koh sna palitan ung apelyedo ng mga bata at gamitin ang apelyedo ng husband koh now. is it possible? wla nman kmi ntatanggap na sustento galing sa father nila at wla nrn nmn kmi communication. anu po pwed kong gawin. Thanks

good day im seeking for an advice im a single mother na may 1 anak.. yung surname ko po pati middle name ko ang gamit ng anak ko. ngaun po ay married na ako pero hindi sa father ng anak koh.. ask ko lang po kong anu pwedeng gawin para mae apelyido ko ang anak ko sa husband ko. ako lang po ang nkapirma sa birth cert ng anak ko.. thank u
