Good morning! I have a question.
Is it right that house owner must pay VAT(maybe 10-12%) to government from the tenant's monthly rental payment?

VAT is 12%. It depends on your gross monthly rental income.

that is not totally right. you only pay vat if your monthly rental income exceeds the threshold. check the VAT law , as amended.
