Tanong ko lang po sana kung ang affidavit of inclusion ay sapat na upang marehistro ang isang property? Ang kasalukuyang nakapangalan po kasi sa property ay ang panganay na kapatid kahit me 2 pa siyang kapatid. Ngayon po, gusto ng panganay na isama ang pangalan ng 2 niyang kapatid sa tax declaration.
