Arresto Menor

Our company is plotting mandatory OT. We only have 30mins lunch because of the OT. We also have before or after shift OT. But the irony is they are transferring other employees to other accounts. What we understand is that we have OT because we are undermanned. But why they are transferring other employees???? We are sacrificing for 30mins LUNCH. We need your advice atty... is it LEGAL?
