Our manpower agency is suffering financially. The principal client a Dental plant where my employees have worked for more than 5 yrs, told our workers they will be absorbed to another agency along with the guaranty of length of service. Our workers consented to this in writing and signed a quitclaim with us. We already submitted an ETR to DOLE without notice; do we still need the 1-month notice if our employees has already given their consent? What are the possible complications that may arise from this?
