Arresto Menor

Hello! Our loaned house and lot in Pagibig has been reacquired and sold by them which according to the buyer for 2 months now. The buyer paid in cash. 17 years na po kami dito at malaki na po nagastos namin sa improvements. May habol pa po ba kami? Wala na po kami iba malilipatan. Ano po puede namin gawin? Ayaw po namin igive up ang bahay namin. Help us.
