Hingi lang po sana kami ng advice regarding sa pagbili ng property na naka mortgage sa pagibig.
The condo unit for sale is mortgage to pagibig for 25yrs, the owner already paid for a year so may 24 yrs to pay pa to settle the loan.
We are planning to buy the unit and assume the loan remaining balance.
Pwede po ba na ipagpatuloy namin yung current monthly loan obligation sa pag ibig for the said property without the need to transfer yung loan sa sarili naming pagibig account? as the owner is fine with that kind of setup.
bali kami po ang magbabayad ng monthly obligation but still the loan is on the seller's pagibig account.
if so would annotation of the agreed terms in deed of sale be the proper way to go? or may iba pa pong legal document to prepare sa ganitong setup?
ano po kaya ang possible na maging problema legally sa ganitong klase ng setup?
