I mean yung amilyar di namin binabayaran pa, pero yung hulog sa bangko binabayaran po.

brand new house & lot po ba yun from developer? kung yes, unless na-turn over na po sa inyo yung tax declaration, developer pa din po nagbabayad. pero kung nabigay na sa inyo kayo na dapat nagbabayad ng amilyar ng property nyo.

Bale po property namin ito, naimortgage po sya, tapos tintubos namin sa bangko. Sino po dapat magbayad ng amilyar habang naka mortgage po sya, kami pa rin po ba o yung bangko na na pinagsanglaan namin.

real property tax is paid for the use of the real property, usually it is the occupant who pays the real property but it can be subject of stipulation.
