i need a legal advice on frustrated murder case

Good day po sa inyong lahat.  Ung tatay ko po ay nabaril.  Thanks God po at hindi naman napuruhan.  Nagsampa na po kami ng kaso sa fiscal office. Nag issue na din po ng subpoena. At un pong isa sa respondent ay nag file po ng counter affidavit.  Pede po ba kaming lumapit sa PAO pra matulungan kami na gumawa ng reply affidavit?

thanks po. as to income po, pasok po ang family namin. minimum wage earner lang po ako. at ako lang din naman po ang nagsusuport sa tatay namin.

san po merong PAO office? naka tira po kami sa indang cavite.

Usually they are around just outside the Municipal area. So go to your nearest Municipal and ask their staff hopefully they can guide you where to find them. Good luck!

nagpunta na po kami sa PAO. unfortunately, hindi daw nila pwedeng i handle ang case namin since kami ang complainant. akala po kasi namin, basta marginalize ang income, pede silang mag assist. hindi po pala. sa mga respondent lang sila mag aasist. ask ko po if san po merong pro bono lawyers? any suggestion po? thanks a lot.

Nagawan na ba ng police report? There's a a Fiscal who will be assign to your case! kahit wala kang lawyer ang fiscal ang mag process ng kaso mo! Hindi pwede mabalewala yan! Frustrated murder Ng ikaso sa bumaril sa Tatay mo! Meron mga gumagawa ng affidavit outside municipal. Ask around you don't necessarily have to hire a private lawyer if you can't afford, Fiscal shoudl assist your father to his complaint!

Many thanks po sa reply. Nagawan na po ng police report. Nakapagpasa na din po kami sa fiscal office at nasa preliminary investigation na po. Yung accused po ay nakapag submit na din ng counter affidavit.  Ang problema po namin ngayon is need namin makapag prepare ng reply affidavit.

Don't worry! kausapin nyo ang fiscal nyo at sya dapat ang may trabaho nyan dahil VS Peoples Republic of the Philippines yan hindi lang sa inyo dahil prustrated murder ang case ng kalaban nyo sa father mo! Lumapit kayo sa fiscal at sabihin nyong wala kayong pambayad sa private lawyer so sya dapat ang may obligasyon sa pag reply sa opposition.
