NBI Clearance HIT

Hi Atty,
I applied for an NBI clearance and i got HIT. Returning on the 15th.
Confirming to the HR Dept of my previous company, there was a civil case filed against me, and they said not Estafa.
My questions are:
1. Is it automatic to HIT in the NBI? Will I have a warrant?
2. Will there be a chance to get my clearance if I will be directed to quality control?
3. Will it reflect on my NBI clearance?

sir, first time ko magkaroon nang hit kahapon..last time ako kumuha is 2010 pa pero ok naman po.. my name is kinda bizaare.. dinaya ko yung age ko na 1988 pero ang totoo 1991 po para makapagwork,tas nagpapalitpalit din ako ng surname minsn kinukuha ko yung married name ko o maiden.. yun po ba possibleng dahilan kung bakit ako nagkahit?kasi bago na nga sistema ng nbi ngayon? or pede din bang me naging kaso ako na hindi ko alam? kasi sa pagkakaalam ko hindi ka naman makakasuhan kapag wala po natangap na subpoena eh.

Need ko po kumuha ng NBI as requirement sa CANADA.
Kaso may case po ako ng estafa on going po ang process.
Mag aapear po ba yun sa NBI clearnce ko?

Got my NBI clearance today. I got a HIT. Asked me to comeback on the 20th of September. 2 questions : Should I go directly to the releasing area on the 20th upon advice of one of the employees? And should I be worried about anything? I have no recollection of any crime I may have committed. Never was jailed , detained , arrested and the like. Got a ticket though for littering. Failed to pay the fee cause the ticket got lost. What's is my next step? Should I just go back on the 20th and my clearance will immediately be released? Or should I worry?

i applied poh ng nbi early dis day sept 20 2012 and i got hit i dont remember any case before except for barangay complain... mgrereflect po ba un sa nbi

I just have my name cleared sa NBI. Kapag nagkaron ka ng hit sa pagkuha ng NBI once, mahihit ba ulit kapag kumuha ka ng ulit ng panibago?

Scholar kasi ako ng gov't and nasa watch list ako ng nbi dahil dun kaya meron ako hit pero nag paclear na ko nung 2011. Cleared naman yung nakalagay sa NBI clearance ko after. Then kumuha ako ulit after ko magsubmit ng clearance and submitted all the documents required to have may name removed sa watch list pero may HIT pa rin ako til now.

Meron po ba time frame ma clear yung HIT or di na siya maclear and palagi ka na may hit everytime? Yung name ko kasi unique and sure ako na wala ako kapangalan

hello po just wanted to ask kc my unpaid loan ako sa bank which i used checks for the payment method. i do have unpaid balance kaya siguradong nagbounce yung ibang checke ko. now i need to get NBI clearance. last year pa po yung loan ko. pero wala naman po ako natatanggap na subpoena or anything from the bank or for the unpaid loan balance or any bounced check. pwede parin po kaya ako kumuha ng NBI clearance?
