Do you mean unsolicited advice because it didn't come from a lawyer? but it make sense because they don't need to waste their money to hire a lawyer when they cannot really afford! I think we called that being PRACTICAL! People tend to ask advise here to find out if their case will prosper or is it worth of effort and money! You may have the right qualification but do you consider people who cannot afford you? I doubt it! I have helped many people without charging them a penny but my advice actually help them! So now when you say "no free lunch Amigo!" That only happens in the Philippines but where I am, helping others without charges which is what we called CHARITY and still exists!

Pre, tingnan mo ang pag appreciate ng sagot mo sa tanong ko. Pag sinabi kong "unsolicited advice" ang ibig kong sabihin..hindi ako kumukuha o nangangailangan ng advice sa iyo, abogado ka man o hindi. Alam mo pre, sa IBP Philippines, meron kaming reglamento na magbigay sa loob ng takdang panahon na magserbisyo ng libre sa mga indigent clients kaya wag mo akong DIKTAHAN about donation/charity. Too late a hero ka na pre!!!
