Car Accident with no Police REport

I had a minor car (Car i just borrowed) accident last nov. 29, 2013 but the owner of the vehicle at fault beg for a settlement so we did not report the incident to the police as he promised to pay for the damage.... no he is purposely ignoring the responsibility...what is the best thing for me to do? thanks in advance!

The thing you must do first is to appear before the prosecutors office and file a complaint for reckless imprudence resulting to damages to property, bear in mind that this is not a minor infraction for violation of city ordinance what has been committed here is a crime punishable under the Revised Penal Code. ihabla mo sa fiscalya at ng magtanda

hi po.. i was involved sa isang car accident last august 29 2012.Binangga po ng bus ang aming kotse sa likod. Durog po ang likod ng aming kotse at umikot pa po at humampas sa poste. Buti po at minor injuries lang amg natamo namin. Ngyn po nakapag pa gawa na po kami ng police report. Ang ngyri po hindi na ako maka claim sa car insurance ko dahil binayaran po ako ng bus na ang sinabi sa amin ay personal claim lng iyon at ifile ko nlng daw sa insurance ko un kotse kc daw hdi kaya bayaran ng driver nila iyon. Pinapirma nila ako ng desistance at un ang ngng dahilan kng bakit dineny ng insurance ko un claim ko. Niloko po ako nun bus company at dahil don hdi ako makaclaim sa insurance. nakamortgage pa po yung kotse ko hanggamg ngyn sa bangko at nagbabayad ako ng 16k monthly.

try going to the insurance commission, but i'm not really hopeful for you.

by signing the desistance, you can't give the insurance company the right to go after the bus company.
