is there any law in a family code, written, and saying that men should be the boss and must be followed by the wife anytime. and do what ever it says. and men or husband must have the full and all the rights in anything and evrything even to the custody of a children?

Meron sa civil code (Title V - RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS BETWEEN HUSBAND AND WIFE). but Not actually the “Boss” but as the “Head” of the family. The father or husband is the administrator of the conjugal properties and finance. also if there is any dispute in the decision making in the family, the father’s decision will dominate.

But in the Family code they revised it. And since Family code supersede Civil code, both spouses now have equal rights and responsibilities.
