Hi im merza. Ive been working as a nightshift graphic operatorin a bpo company in ortigas for 1 yr and 4 months. To start the story ang company ay nagpabago ng contract at nilagyan nila 2yrs bond. Kahapon po ay nagfile ako ng incident report dahil po sa direct offensive words na sinabi sa akin ng nightshift manager ko. Nakastate din duon na gusto ko ng honorary dismissal. Pero di po ako pinagbiyan. Kelangan po ako magrender ng 30 days sa kanila. Kaso after 15days may bago na akong work na malilipatan pero dko sinabi sa kanila. Dineny ng manager ko na sinabi nya yung offensive words. Kinampihan sya ng hr at onsite manager. I dont know what to do. Tinakot nila ako na wala akongmakukuhang reference sakanila at clearance. At na offend sila sa sinabi ko na magsi seek ako ng legal advice sa dole in case di ako napagbigyan. Anu po ba ang pwede nilang ikaso sakin? Matagal na po kasi ako pinepersonal ng management. Binaliktad pa ako sa incident report. Im confused and shocked kaya di parin ako pumapasok for three days. Please help

Um... kapag po ba i chose awol e pwede nila akong kasuhan ng kahit ano or habulin? I dont want to render 30 days kasi after 2weeks mag start nako sa bago kong company.

as per labor 30 days notice po, if you failed to render 30 days the company has the right for any damages.

if you have evidence or someone to justify your statement, then file a case. Refer to Labor code of the Phil under book Six.
