Gender Identity Discrimination in the Workplace

I have quite a complicated situation in my current work at the moment. I have a contract of 5 years with company X and I'm having problems with resigning. Recently, I came out as gay in my social media account (Facebook) and started to act as one in my office. This was where everything went downhill for me, I got very low satisfactory rating from my boss, they started to call my attention because they find my gay actions inappropriate i.e. wearing makeup, acting effeminate, they tried to order me to wear women skirts instead of men's uniform because they seem to have only a rigid dichotomy of girl-boy socialisation, nothing in between. Now they want to send me to a far-flung area (Surigao) sugar-coating the reason as "self-improvement" but really it's all about homophobia and gender identity discrimination. I tried to talk to them about my resignation and how to settle my bond but they rejected it, now they want me to do something I don't like doing. How do I go about this, especially when I'm currently undergoing gender dysphoria and the problem my work is causing me is beyond stressful and downgrading. Thanks for your replies.

charge them with discrimination and constructive dismissal (after you get proof of what you are saying).
