Seeking legal advice from your good office!

Good day! I have a question and I want some legal advice for my friend. She's currently employed in an Events Company for a month now. It was a horrible experience working in her current employer. She was promised to have 17k basic salary during her initial interview with the Operations Manager. Not to mention she has 16k offers from other companies plus allowances. But when she started working for them, the job description didn't match with the duties that she's currently assigned on.

She's working in their office from
Mondays to Fridays and 2 rest days (Sat and Sun) but even on Sat and Sunday she was forced to send reports without pay (rest days) and she's always the one who pays for the load expenses. Because
of too much stress, low pay (They're paying her 15k basic salary without load allowances which wasn't the ideal compensation she was promised) and no overtime pay. She's not in a good form
anymore, she is always sick and her peptic ulcer came back. She also fainted once before going to work due to lack of sleep and blood pressure issues because of heavy workload. The working environment is really bad as well, co-workers are not cooperative
and they always create negative vibes towards her.

She decided to go on AWOL because she can't tolerate working in that company anymore. She hasn't signed any contract from them but the
Operations Manager forcing her to come back and made emphasis to the 15-day turnover. Would the Art 285 be favorable to her? Please help us. Thank you! Hoping for your fast feedback. God bless and more power!
