i resigned recently after I finish my clearance the HR told me that i can get my back pay after 3 months. But I should have get my salary for this cut off. But I check my ATM and I did not get my salary. I asked my ex-team mates and they received their salary.

is it okay to hold my salary if they did not disclosed it to me?

is the my last salary will be part of the back pay. because I was not informed that it will be on hold since I render before I resigned.

I need to pay bills and now I dont know what to do. please help me thanks!

Yes that is standard - all amounts are on hold.
