Magandang umaga po! Nagtatrabaho po ako sa isang call center. Alam ko pong walang batas tungkol sa vacation leaves and sick leaves na provided ng isang pribado na kompanya maliban sa service incentive leave na mandated sa batas, pero sa kontrata ko po meron akong earned vacation leaves kada buwan. Kinausap po kami ng aming supervisor na halimbawa daw po kung meron kang absent sa trabaho sa isang buwan, example ngayong September, hindi na maaaring iapprove ang leaves mo sa darating na October, penalty daw po kasi sa pagiging absent mo. Gusto ko po sanang humingi ng document sa policy nila na ito, na may pirma ng boss namin at pirma ng HR, na nagpapatupad ng nasabing policy kasi wala naman pong guideline na nakasaad sa kontrata ko ng ganung patakaran. Tama po ba ang gagawin ko or discretion po ba ng supervisor ko na maglagay ng ganitong patakaran? Sana po makapagbigay po kayo ng linaw tungkol dito. Maraming salamat po.
