Arresto Menor

The company gave us a deadline to plan our vacation for this 2013. And we should submit our vacation plan to work force by June 15th of 2013. If the employees weren't able to plan it by then, the company will plan it for those who didn't submit their request. The employees can't change the date nor cancel it.  

My question is, is the company allowed to do that?
