Hi Sir,

I have already filed my resignation last aug 15 effectivity date po this sept 10, 2014. I am already on terminal leave nun sept. 1 pa. Last friday nag issue pa ng memo yung boss ko saken regarding audit which can cause my termination daw po. How does that wotk eh naka resign na po ako. I feel like iniipot pa nya ko for me to have bad record sa company. Hope you can help me po. Thanks.

Im a medical rep po. They relocated me sa bacolod, they told me.that i have yo pay my own transfer back to my homebase since ako naman daw po voluntarily nagresign. Is there something about labor code na magsasabi na sila.dapat sumagot ng airfare ko pabalik ng homebase ko? Thank you po.

Hindi ka pa resigned since wala pang Sep 10.
