Hello. Goodmorning. Gusto ko lang po itanong kung my pwede akong gawin about my situation.

nahire ako sa company(call center) na to nung june 23,2014. im still on training. last august 30, ang sinahod ko lang ay 1800, nagulat ako kasi wala naman akong absent. nung tiningnan ko yung payslip nakalagay dun 9 days absent ako kaya 1800 lang ang sinahod ko.

so sinbi ko sa trainer ko,tapos sorry lang xa ng sorry,nagkaproblema lang daw. so i feel so bad receiving just 1800.
tapos sabi ilalagay daw yung kulang sa september 15. which un naman tlga ang DAPAT nialang gawin.

so nung sept. 1, nagsubmit ako ng resignation dahil ayoko tlga nung nangyri.
ang gusto nila magrender ako ng 30days.

pinirmahan ng hr ung resignation ko nung september 4. ang nilgay nila,"received. requesting for early exit but up to the aproval of management" dahil nasa training palang ako and walang sense kung magrerender. tapos sabi sakin sasabihan nalang daw ako kung papasok pa ako sa monday. tapos kahapon sabi sakin, kailngan ko daw magrender ng 30 days kung hindi magbabayad ako ng 75k dahil un da wung nakalagay sa kontrata na pinirmahan ko.


panggabi po tlga ang shift ko. 8pm to 5am. tapos sabi sakin kahapon, sa monday daw papasok ako ng 8am to 5pm at magtatype nalang daw ako ng mga dapat kong itype dahil hindi daw ako pwede sumama pa sa training dahil dadarating daw ung mga client ng account at yun na ung magtatrain sa monda. ang hindi ko magets paano magrerender ang isang taong nagreresign from training?

tapos iniba nila ang shift ko,at hindi ko na kasama ang mga katrainee ko para gumawa ng something na hindi naman covered ng job descrption ko dahil im supposed to be ON TRAINING.

honestly,ayoko na po sanang magrender since im on training palang naman.at ang magtype ng kung anong documents para sa account ay hindi ko na dapat gawin dahil supposed to be dapat nagtatraining ako.

1. Nagkaproblema daw so dapat ayusin. Dapat sana hintayin mo din na maayos ang problema. Resignation does not solve anything. Lalo na kung wala ka namang lilipatan agad.

2. Technically (and legally) you are required to render 30 days.

3. Management has the right to assign you to a different schedule. If you are unsure or something is not clear, then you should ask.

4. In theory dapat nga hindi na mag render ng 30 days kasi sayang lang ang ituturo sa iyo. Pero hindi bawal na ipag-stay ka at hindi agad tanggapin ang resignation mo.
