Hello Sir/Ma'am.I need advice regarding on this matter. I am working as an account executive sa isang company for almost 3 years .Nagkaroon ako ng isang transaction at nangyaring tumalbog ang tseke at tumakbo ang kliyente.(worth 20k). Balak ko sanang magresign this coming August kasi laging bukambibig ng aking boss ang tumalbog na tseke & told me once na balak ideduct sa akin yung halagang iyonG gayong wala namang nakasaad na ganun sa pinirmahan kong kontrata before. Tama lang ba na ipadeduct / or bayaranko yung nasabing halaga bago ako magresign or pananagutan na iyon ng company?

Ibig sabihin po ba nito ay wala dapat akong bayarang anumang halaga patungkol sa tumalbog na tseke?

What if nangyaring ibawas po iyon as makukuha kong backpay,
ano pong nararapat kong gawin?

Pero anong mas advisable na buwan ng pagfile ng resignation Sir/Maam?

I am planning to file resignation this coming August para naman kahit papaano ay makuha ko muna
mid year bonus ko. At normal po ba ang 1 month turn over?

Maari po bang makahingi ng letter from a lawyer w/c states that. wala akong dpat anumang pananagutan sa nasabing talbog na tseke ng tumakbong kliyente?Nagwoworry kasi ako na once ifile ko resignation ko ay sabihan akong kelangan kong bayaranang halagang iyon. Thank You po.
