sir/mam,

i want to know if there is a timeline once a employee resigned and get cleared...

April 15: I filed resignation.
May 15: was my lastday
June 4: I got my clearance

up to this date wala parin po akong last pay. tingin ko tinetekateka lang ako dahil every month nag pa foillow up ako. out of desperation sinabi ko na mag rereklamo na ako sa DOLE. ang sagot sakin "magsumbong ka kung gusto mo" please help thanks

ask what is the normal timeline.

if the delay is not reasonable, then you may file a complaint for non-payment, then makikipag-areglo yan for sure.

meaning walang standard timeline sa pagdating sa last pay? and pano ako mag aapy ng non-payment? ano po ang procedure. salamat po
