I need some advice for what is stated at the title.
Sa previous employer ko, pinadala po ako sa ibang bansa for product training. After ko pong makabalik sa opisina, may inabot sa akin na folder. Nung tinignan ko, Training Bond. Nagtaka lang ako na bakit nila ako papapirmahan ng bond AFTER ng training. Tinanong ko kung bakit kung kelan natapos na ung training saka lang binigay ung bond. So sinabi ng HR na pirmahan ko nalang "for good faith" daw. Hindi ako pumirma kasi parang unfair na hndi nila ako binigyan ng info regarding sa bond before I agreed to have the product training, then after that, may papapirmahan sila.
Here are my questions:
1. Kelan ba dapat ini-issue ung training bond?
2. Tama ba na hindi ko pirmahan ung bond?
3. Since nagresign ako, may kelangan ba akong bayaran sa company since hindi ako pumirma sa bond na late nilang binigay sa akin?
4. May makukuha pa akong pay from them (including reimbursements and pro-rated 13th month pay) since kumpleto na ung clearance and turn-over notes?
Until now, hindi pa din nila binibigay ung last pay (for 1.5 months, which is major factor why I consider filing the resignation). Sana may magbigay advice for this.
