hi,

i have a contract that states that the company will give me three trainings. in return (they used "in consideration thereof"), i should stay with the company for 2 whole years. the contract didn't state when the trainings will be given. so far they gave me one out of three. as far as i know, the given training is worth 6 months of the contract.

i've been with the company for almost a year and a half. can i resign without waiting for the other two trainings?
