worried na ako. sobra na po takot ko sa dati kong employer. Nagfile po kasi ako ng immediate resignation, despite po nun, nag turn over aq ng 3days... bago mtapos yun, may pinirmahan sya skin na syang kinabahala ko.

Nakapag turn over po ako alam ko PROPERLY,ACCURATELY at COMPLETELY, kahit 3days lng yun, pero kahit wla n q sa office, nakipag communicate prin po aq sa pumalit skin ng 2wks. Ngyon, nag follow up ako after 45days, sabi dw po ndi daw po ibbgay pera ko, kasi UNPROPER daw po yung turn over n gnwa ko, at ndi ko man lng kinausap ang boss ko bago ako umalis.
sobrang kelangan ko yung pera ko.. ANO PO BA PWEDENG GAWIN? May karapatang b akong makuha yun? dahil handa daw po syang labanan ako dahil may pinirmahan akong papel. hindi ko alam n pang blockmail skin yung papel n un
