We want to buy a property with two tax declarations as it is divided and the other property was sold twice before. Now, we're going to buy it, but we deed of sale seems to be questionable. The deed of sale from the original owners heirs was issued to the other property but estate tax wasn't paid so it wasn't transferred to her name and the other ones deed of sale has the two heirs name as the seller when she said it was sold twice.. How can we check if its a legal document? Which is true?will we still buy it?
