Have you checked what is the Thai Divorve Law... Maybe its very easy for you to get a Divorce in Thailand... Phillipine Judge has NO JURISTRICTION WITH THAI LAW...

I suggest you file a petition for nullity of marriage here. Even if you do the divorce or any other annulment there in thailand, you will still need to have it recognized here. Mabusisi kasi kailangan mo pa ng accredited translator here.
