good evening po, my problem po regarding s nso b-certificate ng anak ko di dw sya pwede mging legitimate dahil po ako po ay kasal sa una pero matagal ng hiwalay, nagasawa po uli acknowleged naman po siya pero ang sabi sa feedback form ay sa RA9255 iaaply ang nso niya..at kailangan dw po mgfile ng petition for cancellation to cancel the annotation of legitimation and the registered affidavit of legitimation through court...ano po ba yon? at saan po ba ako magfafile non? maraming salamat po at god bless po.

Kasi kung kasal ka sa una at di naman yun naipa annull, lumalabas legitimate na anak yun ng unang asawa mo, kahit 30 years pa kayong maghiwalay ng asawa mo.,hanggang di kayo nagpapa annull sya pa din ang legal na asawa mo at magiging ama sa batas ng mga anak mo....ipinapacancel sa iyo ang birth certificate ng bata kasi di nila pwede tanggapin, mairerrgister lang sya gamit ang apelyido ng unang asawa mo

Pwedi lang mging legitimate ang entry sa nso if e reregister mo na ang father ay ang name nang asawa mo( the legal husband) , kailangan dn po ito nang perma nya, which is unlikely since matagal na pala kayong hiwalay at hindi rin sya papayag na xa magiging ama nun. yung petition to cancel legitimation, ito po yung pafile nyong case sa court para hindi magaing legitimate child nang first husband nyo ang bata kasi presumed legitimate child yung anak nyo sa first husband nyo po.
