want ko lng po mlman mga karapatan ng anak ko. hindi po nka pagsign sa birth certificate ang father kya ang ginamit na apelyido eh ung apelyido ko, pero inaako niang anak nia ang bata ... ndi kami kasal at hiwalay na kami ngayon ... ano pong possible na aksyon ang dapat kong gawin? ng iisip ndin po me kasuhan sa hindi pag bbgay ng sustento ... 2 months plang ang anak ko ... tnx po ... sana mbigyan ng advice ang problema ko ...

find a way to get him to sign an affidavit that he is the father.

then you will need to get a lawyer and file a petition for recognition as the father. only then will he have a legal obligation to provide support.
