my illigitimate child

hi,im amelia, may 2 po akong anak illigitimate childs po sila dahil second family po kami pero since na naghiwalay po kami ng ama nila di nya po sinusuportahan mga anak ko hanggang ngayon kaya napilitan po ako at their early age na iwanan sila para magtrabaho po ako as a OFW for more than 10 yrs kaya lang need ko na po silang uwian dahil wala na pong magaalaga sa kanila so now im unemployed not capable na masuportahan mga anak ko kaya nanghihingi po kami ng tulong sa ama pero binabalewala po nya .

so ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin para makamtan ng mga anak ko ang karapatan nilang financial support sa ama nila kahit illigitimate po sila.

The law say BOTH parents have to support children after capacity - but both need to do their best to earn income.

Has the father admited in writing he is the father?
Is he from same/close barangay as you?
If so you can go to the barangay captain.

If the father don't admit, then DNA test is needed to prove that. Such cost much.
