Wala naman, basta walang possible conflict of interest.
Kahit magkaiba ng department, pag merong "control" ang isa dun sa isa (for example, HR/payroll ang isa), pwedeng ilipat or tanggalin ang isa, lalo na kung hindi sinabi na merong relasyon sila.
