goodday atty.'s
Im pregnant right now and I worked in BPO company for 4yrs now and I was terminated,accussing me of fraud since I altered my solo parent id as per advise from DSWD.I got a certification from DSWD that they acknowledge my certification but still I was terminated. Any advise what can i do?

Nag hearing ba kayo? Ano ang fraud daw at ano ang na alter?

not yet sir. fraud daw coz i altered the year 2014.

What kind of alteration ba yan? Sinulat mo yung 2014?

yes sir they gave me NTE last feb and we had a case conference.and yes i did wrote the year 2014 as per advise by the dswd thats y i ask for certification from there office

So file your illegal dismissal complaint with NLRC.

tnx for the advise.another question sir they knew im 16 wks pregnant,but still they terminate me..can i file another complaint about that?

Assuming tama ang pag-terminate sa iyo, hindi pwedeng gawin mong dahilan ang pagiging buntis sa pag-tanggal sa iyo.
